4 garlic cloves, peeled
Salt, to taste
1 teaspoon black mustard seeds, crushed finely
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon ground coriander
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tablespoon coconut oil
8 medium lamb chops, trimmed
Place garlic cloves onto a cutting board and sprinkle with salt.
With a knife, crush the garlic till a paste forms.
In a bowl, mix together garlic paste and spices.
With a clear, crisp knife, make 3-4 cuts on both side in the chops.
Rub the chops with garlic mixture generously.
In a large skillet, melt butter on medium heat.
Add chops and cook for approximately 2-3 minutes per side or till desired doneness.
