A winner and delicious burger recipe for whole family. These burgers are wonderful when with smooth and silky textured avocado dip.

1 (2-inch) piece fresh ginger, grated
1-pound lean ground lamb
1 medium onion, grated
2 minced garlic cloves
1 bunch fresh mint leaves, chopped finely
2 teaspoons ground coriander
2 teaspoons ground cumin
½ teaspoon ground allspice
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp essential olive oilFor Dip:
3 small cucumbers, peeled and grated
1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
½ of garlic oil, crushed
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons fresh dill, chopped finely
2 tablespoons chives, chopped finely

Preheat the broiler of oven. Lightly, grease a broiler pan.
For burgers in a big bowl, squeeze the juice of ginger.
Add remaining ingredients and mix till well combined.
Make equal sized burgers from your mixture.
Arrange the burgers in broiler pan and broil approximately 5 minutes per side.
Meanwhile for dip squeeze the cucumbers juice in a bowl.
In a blender, add avocado, garlic, lemon juice and oil and pulse till smooth.
Transfer the avocado mixture in a bowl.
Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix.
Serve the burgers with avocado dip.
