· 1 bunch bok choy, trimmed
· 2 garlic clove, smashed
· 1 cup water
· Salt and pepper to taste
1. Add water, bok choy and garlic to instant pot.
2. Seal the lid and select Manual function.
3. Cook for 7 minutes at high pressure.
4. Once cooked, quick release the steam.
5. Remove the instant pot lid.
6. Strain the cooked bok choy and take a platter to transfer it.
7. Season accordingly and enjoy!
8. Serve and enjoy!
